WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

When digital PR is worth the budget

Right moment

  • the technical base and category pages are already in order;
  • competitors lead on authority, not on content;
  • you have something to say: data, expertise or a real story;
  • you want the store’s name to appear in AI answers too.

Wrong moment

  • the store still loses traffic to technical problems;
  • you want a fixed number of links per month;
  • you expect coverage without giving information or time;
  • you want guaranteed outlets — that is advertising, not PR.
SCOPE

What the work includes

Story angles

We look for what in the store is interesting enough to be written about without paying for it: sales data, seasonal trends, product comparisons or expert opinion on a topic journalists already cover.

Media relations

A list of publications and journalists who cover your niche, and short pitches that actually get read. Every text goes through you before it reaches an outlet.

Links to the right pages

Authority goes to the categories that drive sales, not only to the homepage. I watch the anchor profile and the nofollow / sponsored ratio so it looks to Google like a naturally growing brand.

Mentions and AI visibility

The store’s name, said in the right places, also shapes how AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity describe you. We turn unlinked mentions into linked ones.

Measurement

I report coverage, links earned and what changed in the rankings of the categories they point to — in the same monthly report as the eCommerce SEO work.
PROCESS

How the work runs

1. Topics and data

We surface what you have to say — sales data, observations from the niche and topics journalists are already writing about.

2. Media list

Publications, authors and sites checked one by one. The ones selling links to anybody are dropped.

3. Coverage

Pitch, material and your approval before anything is sent. Links point to the pages we want to grow.

4. Report and review

What was published, who declined and what moved in the rankings. After three months we decide whether to continue.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The questions I hear most often

How many links will I get per month?

There is no fixed number. Anyone guaranteeing an exact count every month is buying them from the same handful of sites — and it shows in your profile.

Do you pay the media?

When a piece is paid for, we say so openly and mark it as sponsored — Google requires it. The real work, though, is having something to say without paying.

Can we do PR without SEO?

You can, but it costs more. If the category pages are not ready, the links pour into a page that cannot rank.

How long until it shows?

The first placements usually land by the second month; the effect on rankings accumulates slowly. This is long-term work, not a one-month campaign.
